Go for walks regularly for keeping the weight in control, it will also help in easy delivery. Take small naps or rest, do not keep standing for long and use pillows for supporting back while sitting. Due to increase in the hormone levels you might face some dental problems so visit the dentist.

Whatever you eat will affect the child so monitor your food. Avoid junk food as it can lead to premature or malnourished baby.
Take well balanced diet which includes right amount of fats, proteins, minerals, carbohydrates, vitamins, etc. It will help in better development of your baby.
During the 6th month of pregnancy, the calcium intake of the fetus increases so include more calcium rich food in your diet like milk, curd, cheese, etc.
Taking iron supplements can help in maintaining a healthy immune system and hemoglobin.
Avoid taking spicy food as it can cause burning sensation in stomach, drink plenty of water for better digestion and for preventing urinary tract problems.
Include loads of leafy vegetables and fiber rich food in your diet for avoiding the problems of constipation.
Avoid coffee, alcohol, even raw or uncooked food, it can be very harmful for the baby’s growth and some can even lead to miscarriage.
